By accessing or using the SierraScore platform, including our website, mobile application, and related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

2. Platform & Content

SierraScore provides real-time live scores, match fixtures, standings, player data, and football news. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information displayed, we do not warrant that all scores, stats, or article descriptions are free from error. Match states, minutes, and events are provided "as-is" for informational purposes.

3. Account Registration & Security

To utilize certain premium features (like custom favorites, notifications, or dashboard configurations), you may be required to register a user account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Permitted Use & Restrictions

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access SierraScore for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest match data, standings, or news articles from our platform using automated scripts without express written consent.
• Use the platform to launch denial of service attacks or upload malware.
• Impersonate any other person or represent yourself as an employee of SierraScore.
• Modify or reverse engineer any parts of our web or mobile application code.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, text, graphs, code, and databases hosted on the SierraScore web platform are owned by or licensed to SierraScore. Team logos, club badges, and player photographs remain the property of their respective copyright holders, used on our platform for editorial and illustrative purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall SierraScore, its developers, or owners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform, including any reliance on incorrect live score updates or news articles.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sierra Leone, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or disputes arising from these terms shall be settled exclusively in the competent courts of Freetown.
